OLIDIA PATHWAYS — TRANSITIONAL SERVICES

Olidia Pathways — Ready-to-Live Move-Ins.

Olidia Pathways turns empty apartments into safe, fully functional homes on Day One. Our Transitional Services cover the essentials—furnishings, household supplies, deposits, utilities, moving, pest/allergen treatment, window coverings—and coordinate DME and accessibility so people can live, not just move.
Workstreams run in parallel with a single, accountable plan, compressing timelines and eliminating avoidable delays. We document every step (receipts, photos, inspections) to satisfy payer, landlord, and clinical requirements. With Olidia, “keys in hand” means the lights are on, the bed is built, the equipment is set, and life can begin.

MOST COMPLETE ESSENTIAL FURNISHINGS

Sleep, Sit, Dine—Today.

We procure and assemble the fundamentals: bed frame, box spring, mattress, dining table and chairs, dressers, lamps, sofa, and privacy-ready window coverings. Measurements are verified in advance so delivery and fit are seamless. Receipts and photo verification are captured for compliance and landlord records.

Case Study: Ms. L moved from a shelter into a studio with no furniture. Olidia delivered and assembled a bed, table set, dresser, lamps, and blinds the same afternoon. That night she slept safely, organized her meds, and ate at a table for the first time in months.

HOUSEHOLD SUPPLIES STARTER-KIT

Cook, Clean, Live Day One.

We stock dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, basic utensils, sheets, towels, and cleaning essentials so the home functions immediately. Items are labeled and stored where they’ll be used to simplify routines. A brief orientation covers safe cleaning and kitchen setup.

Case Study: Mr. D with COPD moved into a one-bedroom and felt overwhelmed. Olidia’s starter-kit enabled safe food prep and daily cleaning without extra trips or strain. Within a week he reported improved routine and fewer missed meals.

DEPOSITS & UTILITIES ACTIVATED FAST

Lights On, Costs Under Control.

We coordinate lease/rental deposits, utility set-up fees and deposits, and same-day activation of electric, gas, and internet per the care plan. Budget mapping prevents bill shock, and auto-pay or reminders are set when appropriate. Documentation is provided to payers and landlords to confirm readiness.

Case Study: Ms. R relied on CPAP but her prior move left power off on arrival. Olidia pre-activated electricity and enrolled her in a budget plan. She used CPAP her first night at home and slept through until morning.

PROFESSIONAL MOVING, PACKING & UNPACKING

No-Lift, No-Stress Moves.

We schedule movers or vehicle rentals, pack and label essentials, and provide on-site coordination for load-in, elevator windows, and final walkthroughs. An inventory list protects valuables and ensures critical items (meds, ID, devices) stay accessible. Turnover cleaning and box removal leave the home livable the same day.

Case Study: Mr. H with mobility limits attempted a DIY move and nearly fell. Olidia arranged licensed movers, reserved the elevator, and unpacked essentials in the kitchen, bath, and bedroom. He settled safely without injury or lost items.

SAFEST PEST & ALLERGEN READINESS

Healthy Air from Day One.

We coordinate professional pest treatment and allergen mitigation before move-in, confirming re-entry times and safety. Starter supplies include hypoallergenic options when appropriate, and we educate on prevention routines. Documentation satisfies property and payer requirements.

Case Study: The S. family has a child with asthma triggered by cockroach and dust exposure. Olidia arranged pre-move treatment and a deep clean, then delivered hypoallergenic bedding. The child avoided triggers and had no ER visits during the first month.

DME & ACCESSIBILITY DAY-1 READY

Right Equipment, Right Away.

We synchronize delivery and setup of DME—hospital bed, shower chair, commode, transfer board, grab bars, oxygen, CPAP/BiPAP—so equipment is usable immediately. An RT or trained clinician provides teach-backs and safety checks, and minor home adaptations are completed ahead of arrival. Pharmacy blister-packs or med sets can be aligned to the same day.

Case Study: Mr. K, post-stroke, needed safe transfers and airway support. Olidia installed grab bars, delivered a hospital bed and shower chair, and coordinated an RT visit for transfer training and CPAP fit. He reported zero falls and slept comfortably from Night One.
